DirectEnrol is a smart way for Colleges to provided enhanced sevices to their agents and and enable agents to print College applications on College letterhead in their office 24/7. DirectEnrol also enables Students to apply directly online from your own College website.
Colleges can publish their course and other products with prices for their agents (net and gross) and products and prices for direct student enrolments.
DirectEnrol version 1.0 enables:
- Students to see details about your College courses with prices. Student can then apply directly to the College and receive a quotation on-line immediately via email.
- Agents can enter a student application for a College on-line and directly print the offer for the student in their office on College letterhead. Agents receive a emailed pdf showing net and gross prices.
- With DirectEnrol Client, a Microsoft Windows application, Colleges can enter Agent and Student course and other products and prices. Student and Agent Applications are received by the College via email.
Using DirectEnrol your College enables a student to choose courses, homestay and other fee options and generate a quote on College letterhead in pdf format. The Student enters their contact details to receive the pdf document.
Version 2.0 of DirectEnrol to be released shortly will include:
- Agents can see a history of previous offers entered via the DirectEnrol website, view the offer details (items with net and gross prices), and and view status updates by the College.
- With DirectEnrol Colleges can update the status of an agent or student application, and communicate with the agent or student about the application. Applications are sent to the College and status changes sent to the College, Agent and Student for confirmation and acceptance.
