The purpose of this documentation is to show how a College published DirectEnrol website is used by Students to apply on-line for a Course.
For each College we provide a url that uniquely displays each College's courses and prices. Each College shows that College's branding. To view our demonstration website click here
When you go to the College website url, you see the initial screen:

Select one of the available courses from the course drop down menu

Now press the Add button, then select one of the available start dates from the drop down menu

Now select the number of weeks for the course

The end date for the course is calculated, and price and any manditory fees defined by the College for that course are displayed.

A course or any product can be added and deleted from the course cost calculator. Remove the item by selecting the red -ve sign.
When complete press Next (bottom - right). The screen displaying contact details is displayed

The required fields are marked with * and are first name, last name and email address. If you want to receive the demonstration letter of offer, make sure you enter your real email address! Fill in the details like this:

Pressing Next displays the agreement / condition page which is specified by each College. By the student ticking agreement

Pressing Apply Now, the email will be sent immediately to the College and directly to the Student

The template can be tailored by each College using Microsoft Word.
