Display all Templates - Search
The templates are Microsoft Word mailmerge documents. Each College can register templates to use with letters and documents to be sent to agents, students and your College confirming entry of student details in DirectEnrol.
Opening the DirectEnrol Client version 1.6.3
Selecting Search under Word Templates on the Main screen you see:
To diplay the templates already entered without filtering, press Search.
These are the templates that have been loaded into DirectEnrol. To display information about the template, double click the template in the grid display.
The template information includes template name, description, template type, status, and document loaded.
Template Configuration
You can configure templates to be used for student and agent applications, and sent to the College. By selecting Configuration under Setup on the Main menu, displays the screen below:
To display and specify the templates for the DirectEnrol Student, expand the DirectEnrol button.
Student email Offer options
- Email Offer to College
- Email Offer to Student
- Website Conditions and Confirmation
Pressing the Email Offer to College option, displays:
You can select a Word mailmerge template, the mailmerge output option choices being: doc, docx, html, pdf and text. The text output can be attached to the email or embedded. The email subject and email body can be specified.
Pressing the Email Offer to Student option, displays:
You can select a Word mailmerge template, the mailmerge output option choices being: doc, docx, html, pdf and text. The text output can be attached to the email or embedded. The email subject and email body can be specified.
Pressing the Website Conditions and Confirmation option, displays:
You can edit the text to detail what the student is agreeing to in receiving the application.

You can edit the text to detail what the agent receives in the email.
Download demonstration Templates
The demonstration templates that can be used as a basis of your own College templates can be downloaded. Include in the download are xml documents with the mailmerge identifiers from here.
